  • Roles & Responsibilities
  • To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary;
  • To prepare project costing;
  • To prepare documents for tender and contract; &
  • To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.

Qualifications

1)Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying,

2)Minimum10 & above years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm.

3)Strong understanding of construction processes.

4)Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

5)Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

6)Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

7)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
