Northcrest Healthcare Limited is looking for a reliable, professional and experienced Administrator to join and support our growing health and social care team in Cambridgeshire.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have previous experience working within health and social care, ideally as a Senior Care Worker, Care Coordinator, Administrator or Registered Nurse, and who have a good understanding of care delivery, safeguarding and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general office and administrative duties.

Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.

Support the preparation and management of staff rotas.

Maintain accurate staff, client and compliance records.

Communicate professionally with clients, families, carers, healthcare professionals and commissioners.

Assist with care plans, reviews and risk assessments where required.

Support staff recruitment, onboarding and compliance monitoring.

Assist the management team with the day-to-day running of care services.

Ensure confidential information is handled and recorded appropriately.

Support the organisation in maintaining high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
