We are looking for multiple passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a casual basis between Campbelltown and Liverpool. Running the day-to-day delivery of programs and activities in our day programs. Support customers in developing skills and maintaining independence. Provide respectful, person-centred personal care. Use manual handling techniques and equipment safely and confidently. Build positive, empowering relationships that help customers achieve their goals.

  • Experience supporting customers in an Everyday Life Skills, Work & Study program.
  • Confidence in facilitating engaging group activities such as art, music, swimming, gardening, or drama.
  • Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities, including working with epilepsy management plans, complex behaviours and behavioural support plans.
  • Ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm to provide consistent daytime support.
  • Empathy, reliability, and a genuine commitment to supporting people to live life their way.
