Fire Alarm Engineer Small Works & Servicing

Salary:Β£50,000 per annum

A great opportunity has arisen for an experiencedFire Alarm Engineerto join a well-established,BAFE-approved Fire & Security contractor.

The successful candidate will primarily carry outsmall works, second fixing, commissioning and servicingof fire alarm systems across London and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installing, second fixing and commissioning fire alarm systems
  • Carrying out planned servicing and maintenance
  • Fault finding, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently
  • Ensuring systems are installed, commissioned and maintained to the highest standards
  • Ensuring all work complies withBS 5839, current fire safety regulations and company procedures
  • Completing works professionally and providing a high standard of service to clients

Requirements

  • Minimum3 years experienceas a Fire Alarm Engineer
  • Strong working knowledge ofBS 5839and other relevant standards
  • Competent in installing and commissioning fire alarm systems
  • Strong fault-finding and servicing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • ValidECS/CSCS card
  • Ownhand and power tools
  • Ability xiskglj to work independently and maintain high standards of workmanship
