We are looking for an experienced self-employed recruiter to work alongside us on a flexible, ongoing basis. The Opportunity We have a steady flow of live M&E vacancies and need an independent recruiter to help fill them. You will work remotely, set your own hours and be paid a competitive fixed fee for every candidate placed. There are no targets and no office politics. You get the roles and the support, and you are rewarded for results. What You'll Do Source, screen and shortlist mechanical and electrical candidates for our live roles Recruit across site-based construction roles and office-based design engineering roles, including M&E Design Engineers, Building Services Engineers, Project Managers, Site Managers and Estimators Manage candidates from first contact through to offer and start date Keep us updated on pipeline progress and market feedback What We're Looking For Proven recruitment experience in the M&E, building services or construction sectors A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical roles, both on site and in design Your own candidate network and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn and CV databases Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently Registered as self-employed or operating through your own limited company Based in or around London (preferred), though we are open to applicants from across the UK What We Offer A competitive fixed fee for every successful placement Regular live vacancies, so there is consistent work Fully remote working with flexible hours A long-term working relationship for the right person Please Note This is a self-employed, fee-per-placement arrangement.
