We are seeking a committed and passionateSenior Chef de Partie
to support our Kitchen Management Team in the daily operation of our acclaimed
Michelin star kitchen. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic
environment, contribute to our evolving culinary vision, and benefit from

As a Senior Chef de Partie – you will;
- Support the Senior Kitchen Team with the smooth and efficient running of your
designated section. - Demonstrate excellent leadership skills by guiding and supporting junior chefs in
completing daily tasks. - Lead the team on your section to consistently deliver exceptional standards of
food quality and presentation. - Work closely with Lisa Goodwin-Allen and the Head Chef Adam, to further develop
Northcote’s culinary vision in preparation for our exciting expansion,
including the launch of a new restaurant. - Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and organisation within the
kitchen. - Contribute
to a positive and collaborative team environment.
What we\’re looking for:
- A
genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and develop within a
Michelin-starred environment. - Proven
experience as a Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie, demonstrating a strong
foundation of cooking and a refined technique. - Excellent
organisational and time-management skills. - The
ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team. - Strong
communication and leadership potential. - While
experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen is desired but not essential,
a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are crucial.
