With ambitious expansion plans, including the launch of a brand-new restaurant, we are looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our exceptional kitchen team. This is a rare opportunity to work at the highest level of culinary excellence, playing a key role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences while developing your career within one of the UK’s leading kitchens.

The Role

  • Support the Head Chef and Chef Patron Director in the day-to-day running of a high-performing kitchen.
  • Lead and inspire a team of chefs to deliver Michelin-star standards consistently.
  • Support menu development using seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
  • Ensure exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes.
  • Take responsibility for service in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiencies.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, health & safety, and compliance.

About You

  • We are looking for a passionate and ambitious chef who has strong experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef within a quality-led environment.
  • Ideally has experience in Michelin-star or multi-rosette kitchens.
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Thrives under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Is driven to continuously develop both themselves and their team.
  • Shares our passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
