Location: Winton Suites by Northcare, Edinburgh

Salary: £13.75 per hour

Hours: Full‑time hours, 9pm - 8am 7 nights over 14 day period

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Nightshift Care Assistants to join our team and provide high‑quality support to individuals in Northcare Residences Glasgow. About the Role
  • Providing personal care and support to residents
  • Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
  • Supporting residents with meals and hydration
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Promoting residents’ independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Assisting residents with daily activities and social engagement
  • Working closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately

  • Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
