Salary: £13.75 per hour

Hours: Full‐time hours, 9pm - 8am 7 nights over 14 day period

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Nightshift Care Assistants to join our team and provide high‐quality support to individuals in Northcare Residences Glasgow. At Northcare, you are more than a care worker. You are a valued member of our longstanding team that makes a world of difference to the lives of the individuals we care for.

About the Role

  • Providing personal care and support to residents
  • Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
  • Supporting residents with meals and hydration
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Promoting residents' independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Assisting residents with daily activities and social engagement
  • Working closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately

  • Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
