We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals in Northcare Suites. At Northcare, you are more than a care worker. About the Role
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Promoting residents' independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Assisting residents with daily activities and social engagement
- Working closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately
What We're Looking For
- A caring, respectful, and patient approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment
- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays where required
