Northcare (Scotland) Ltd, is a leading provider of Scottish Nursing Care over 30 years. Being a family run business the main priority is to maintain a high standard of care and services that improves the quality of life and well-being of our clients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Weekend Receptionist in our Northcare Residences Stirling. 1 years administrative experience would be ideal.

We pride ourselves in being an all-inclusive, dedicated and caring team with a passion to provide the best service we can to our clients while maintaining a supportive work culture for all our employees.

  • Weekend Role 8am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday

Role and Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and taking messages for the Home Manager & Nursing Team
  • Showing potential clients around the Care Home and completing enquiry forms
  • Completing administrative tasks left by Front of House Manager

Ideal Candidate

  • Must have a good command of written and spoken English and a valid work permit
  • Ability to communicate with the elderly
  • Ability to work set hours on weekends
  • 1 years reception experience preferred not essential
  • Immediate start (subject to PVG check and 2 successful references)
