We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Assistant to work with our team at our 3 Bridges Glasgow.

- Full time role - 7am to 7pm daily (4 shifts 1 week, 3 shifts the next)

If you are invited to attend an interview, we will discuss your availability; however, you should be able to work throughout the day and at weekends.
Job Description:
- Home baking - Producing a variety of cakes, biscuits, and tray bakes daily (experience preferred)
- Stock rotation - Effectively rotating stock on receipt of deliveries to kitchen
- HACCP - Documenting daily records
- Cleaning - Carrying out kitchen porter duties, operating the dishwasher, cleaning hot trollies at lunch & dinner, and general kitchen cleanliness.
- Working a 2-week shift rotation with every second weekend off, working no more than 3 days in a row with 3 days off each week.
