Northcare (Scotland) Ltd is a leading provider of nursing care homes in Scotland for over 30 years. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Assistant to work with our team at our 3 Bridges Glasgow.

Benefits include:

- Full time role - 7am to 7pm daily (4 shifts 1 week, 3 shifts the next)

The company is unable to sponsor employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK. If you are invited to attend an interview, we will discuss your availability; however, you should be able to work throughout the day and at weekends.
Job Description:
- Home baking - Producing a variety of cakes, biscuits, and tray bakes daily (experience preferred)
- Stock rotation - Effectively rotating stock on receipt of deliveries to kitchen
- HACCP - Documenting daily records
- Cleaning - Carrying out kitchen porter duties, operating the dishwasher, cleaning hot trollies at lunch & dinner, and general kitchen cleanliness.
- Working a 2-week shift rotation with every second weekend off, working no more than 3 days in a row with 3 days off each week.
