We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking to fill the below position for an IMMEDIATE start:
CSCS Carded Handyman required to start IMMEDIATELY on a Large Residential New Build Site in Deeside, Chester (CH5) working on Traditional Build Properties with duties to follow an Internal Snagging list to complete remedial fixes such as:
- Patching work
- Mastic & silicone works
- Painting touch ups / fixes
- Basic joinery fittings & tasks
- Associated snagging tasks
Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30, 45hrs a week minimum. CIS Payment is available.
Past Residential experience is highly sought after with relevant references. These are Long Term roles.
