We at Northbuild are currently seeking an experienced 360 Operator who has great knowledge and experience of working on New Build Properties and projects. A large reputable Property Developer requires an experienced 360 Op to join their project in Lancaster immediately and assist with its continued progress.
Candidates must be adept in all aspects of groundworks and associated tasks, including:
- Operating Excavators 10t Above / Below on large housing & civils sites
- Muckshifting, drainage, front end, footings, finishing works, grading etc.
- Operating the machinery safely and securely
- Carrying out excavator inspections to ensure good functioning
- Digging foundations and levelling the ground
- Carrying out operations that lift large volumes of material
- Fitting various ancillary equipment to the excavator and operating it
- Demolishing any existing structure
