We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking experienced and committed Groundworkers / Pipe-Layers for a large new build project in Lancaster. CSCS Carded Groundworkers / Pipe-layers are required for a start IMMEDIATELY on a residential new build development in Lancaster (LA1).
Duties within the role consist mainly of foundation and drainage tasks, although groundworks with plant tickets are highly sought after. The role will include most tasks and duties, so all-rounded Groundworkers are required to complete duties such as:
- Drainage
- Concreting
- Foundations - Building Levels & Pouring Concrete Slabs
Past new build experience is essential. This role is long term for the right operatives. Minimum 40 hours a week, 08:00am to 16:30pm - Monday to Friday at £20.50ph CIS - Weekly Pay.
