We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking a CSCS Carded Handyman to start immediately on a large residential new build site in Whiston, Liverpool (L35). The role involves working on traditional build properties and following an internal snagging list to complete remedial fixes.
- Patching work
- Mastic & silicone works
- Painting touch ups / fixes
- Basic joinery fittings & arcs etc
- Associated snagging tasks
Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30, with pay up to 40 to 45 hours a week minimum. CIS payment is available. Past residential experience is highly sought after with relevant references. This is a long-term role. If you are free and available to start please call.
