We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking potential candidates for the opportunity as a First Fix Plumber working cohesively with a Social Housing scheme across Manchester & Surrounding areas.
What's required:
- Qualified or Timeserved First Fix Plumber / Reactive Maintenance Plumbers
- Duties will include full refurbishment of wetrooms, installation of tray pumps waste, removal of existing & the install of new toilet, sink and shower units.
It is vital for operatives to be completely aware that this role is working for a Social Housing association within Tenanted properties across Bury and the Surrounding areas. A Company van is provided to subsidise the outgoing day-to-day costs; however, it is key applicants can provide their own tools on a daily basis and must uphold a respectable and professional manner at all times.
Offering an initial 12 Week Temporary placement with full intention for the right candidate to be taken on permanently after this tenure. The initial 12 Week placement will be paid at a rate of £25.00 Per Hour with Van & Fuel card to be provided.
