First Fix Plumber - Social Housing

We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking potential candidates for the below opportunity as a First Fix Plumber working cohesively with a Social Housing scheme across Manchester & Surrounding areas. Whats required – Qualified or Timeserved First Fix Plumber whos duties will be but not limited too, full refurbishment of wetrooms, installation of tray pumps waste, removal of existing & the install of new toilet, sink and shower units. It is vital for operatives to be completely aware that this role is working for a Social Housing association within Tenanted properties across Central Manchester and Surrounding areas. Due to this, a Company van is provided to subsidise the outgoing day-to-day costs, however it is key applicants can provide their own tools on a daily basis and must uphold a respectable and professional manner at all times. Offering an initial 12 Week Temporary placement with full intention for the right candidate to be taken on permanently after this Tenure. The initial 12 Week placmenet will be paid at a rate of £18ph however after this succesful period is completed a package of 35k Per Anum with additional company benefits will be offered – Van & Fuel Card provided
