We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking to fill the below position for an IMMEDIATE start:
CSCS Carded Handyman required to start immediately on Large Residential New Build Sites across Blackburn & Greater Manchester with duties to follow an Internal Snagging list complete remedial fixes such as:
- Patching work
- Mastic & silicone works
- Painting touch ups / fixes
- Basic joinery fittings & tasks
- Associated snagging tasks
Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30 paying up to 40 to 44 hours a week minimum. CIS Payment is available at £20.00 CIS.
Past residential experience is highly sought after with relevant references. These are Long Term roles. If you are free and available to start please call.
