We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently looking to fill a Long Term role in Brackley. CSCS Carded Multiskilled Handyman Required for an Immediate start in Bolton on a Large Residential New Build Site.

Operatives will be required to carry out completion works within the plot houses such as:

  • Basic Joinery tasks
  • Patching
  • Mastic & Silicone works
  • Associated tasks

Previous Residential experience is highly sought after, as well as a background in joinery being highly advantageous due to working with Timber Frame Houses and completing joinery tasks being essential.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, with possible overtime providing 45 hours a week, being paid weekly at £19.00 per hour with CIS payment available.
