We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking to fill the below position for an IMMEDIATE start:
CSCS Carded Handyman required to start IMMEDIATELY on a Large Residential New Build Site in Lancaster (LA1) working on Traditional Build & Timber Frame Properties with duties to follow an Internal Snagging list to complete remedial fixes such as:
- Patching work
- Mastic & silicone works
- Painting touch ups / fixes
- Basic joinery fittings & tasks
- Associated snagging tasks
Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30 paying up to 40 to 45 hours a week minimum at CIS Payment is available. Past residential experience is highly sought after with relevant references. These are long-term roles.
