We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to work for an established and highly respected housebuilder based in the North West. You will initially be managing a long term residential project based in Crewe. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of the construction site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and supervising all on-site activities
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of operations
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a similar position within the construction industry.
