We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking to fill the below Senior Site Manager position in Barrow In-Furness on a Large Civils project where the scope of works is predominantly reinforced concrete, roadworks and an amount of SW & FW drainage involved.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of works on site.
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
- Working closely with the project team, subcontractors, and client representatives to successfully deliver this complex civil engineering project.
Project Scope:
- Reinforced Concrete (RC) works
- Roadworks
- Surface Water (SW) drainage
- Foul Water (FW) drainage
Requirements:
- CSCS Black Card
- First Aid
- NEBOSH
- Fire Marshall & Confined Spaces
Skills:
- Excellent data analysis skills to interpret operational metrics and implement strategic improvements.
- Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office package including Microsoft Project are a must.
