Job Title: Community - Hub Care Assistant Location: Based at Tile House, Shanklin - Hub covers Shanklin and surrounding areas. Hours: 20 hours per week Hub shifts cover the period 7am - 9pm and shift times are dependent on the Hub schedule Salary: Basic rate: £12.80 - 50p ph for HUB shifts NVQ 2/Diploma in Health Social Care or equivalent 25p per hour NVQ 3/Diploma in Health Social Care or equivalent 50p per hour Enhancements: 10% for weekends Attendance Bonus: 75p per hour if you attend all shifts on your rota.
