Our stunning Grade II-listed 18th-century manor house is surrounded by breathtaking gardens and grounds, a tranquil lake and our charming family of resident swans. With elegant event spaces welcoming up to 250 guests, Northbrook Park provides an unforgettable backdrop for weddings, celebrations and special occasions.
We’re looking for enthusiastic and personable Bartenders to join our busy and friendly bar team. Whether you’re an experienced bartender or someone with a passion for hospitality looking to develop your skills, we want to hear from you. You’ll play an important part in creating the atmosphere and experience our guests remember long after their event has finished.
As a Bartender, you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving a fantastic range of drinks, cocktails and refreshments
- Providing friendly, professional and attentive service to every guest
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
- Taking pride in presentation and ensuring every drink is served to a high standard
- Working efficiently and confidently during busy events
- Supporting the wider bar and hospitality team to deliver exceptional service
- Following licensing, health & safety and responsible alcohol service procedures
- Helping to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests
We’re looking for people who are energetic, reliable and passionate about hospitality, with a great attitude and a willingness to get stuck in. Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable, but enthusiasm, personality and a genuine passion for great service are just as important.
