Learning Support Assistant [NBK9570]

Pro rata salary: £25,598 per annum.

Job type: Part‑time (various hours per week), 36 weeks per year, term‑time only.

Responsibilities

• Support learners requiring additional help with Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Motorsport studies.
• Assist students in classroom and workshop settings, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Build positive relationships with learners, including those with learning difficulties, disabilities and behavioural or mobility needs.
• Help learners develop study skills, confidence and achieve their educational goals.

Requirements

• Experience working with young people with additional learning needs and disabilities is essential.
• Effective organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
