Are you passionate about helping learners feel safe, supported and able to achieve their full potential? As our Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer you will:
- Provide one-to-one wellbeing support
- Be a member of our Safeguarding team, which includes being duty officer on a rota basis
- Maintain confidential records and support compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
- Promote safeguarding best practice and contribute to staff and learner awareness initiatives

What you will bring to the role:
- GCSE grade 4/C or above specifically in English and Maths
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Knowledge of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults
- Understanding of equality, diversity, inclusion and the Equality Act 2010
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
