  • Provide pastoral and academic support to our full-time learners on a 1:1 and group basis including weekly sessions of the tutorial programme
  • Support and motivate our students to achieve their full potential at college, ensuring they have a fulfilling experience
  • Understand the different support needs required for diverse cohorts of students

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience of supporting students in a pastoral or curriculum role
  • Experience of target setting
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Proven time management and organisational skills
