Join our Premises Team at Northbrook College, Shoreham Airport
As our Premises Officer, you will
- Open and close the college buildings (mainly closing in this role).
- Carry out day-to-day caretaking and planned maintenance duties.
- Support site security and health and safety activities.
- Monitor contractors working on site.
- Receive and distribute deliveries around campus.
- Move furniture and equipment as required.

What you will bring to the role
- Experience working within a premises, maintenance, facilities, or building services environment.
- Experience operating or monitoring fire and security systems.
- Knowledge of basic building maintenance.
- GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
- Health & Safety awareness
- A full UK driving licence.
- A willingness to undertake First Aid training if not already qualified.
