As our Lecturer in Motor Vehicle, you will: Deliver engaging, practical and inspiring teaching across Entry Level to Level 3 Motor Vehicle and Motorsport programmes.

Prepare learners for successful careers by developing their technical knowledge, practical competence and professional behaviours.

Plan, assess and monitor learner progress, providing high-quality feedback that enables every student to achieve their potential.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and employers to maintain an industry-relevant curriculum that reflects current automotive technologies and employer needs.

What you will bring to the role: A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Motor Vehicle, Automotive Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Current or recent industry experience within the automotive, motorsport or vehicle maintenance sector.

A passion for developing people, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.

Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, together with a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching, learning and student outcomes.
