Lecturer in Brickwork

This role may be eligible for a targeted retention incentive payment of up to £6,000.

As our Lecturer in Brickwork, you will:

  • play a vital role in guiding learners with the practical knowledge and real-world insight that only a professional with hands-on industry experience can provide.
  • deliver hands-on, high-quality teaching and assessment in brickwork and multi-skills.
  • help students set and achieve personal goals, track their progress, and ensure they’re equipped with the skills and confidence to thrive in the construction industry.
  • contribute to the development of course materials and ensure that all assessments are completed on time and to a high standard.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Level 3 (or equivalent) in related subject
  • Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
  • Relevant industrial/commercial/subject experience.
  • An understanding of safeguarding vulnerable groups.
