Northbrook College, part of the Chichester College Group, is looking for a Learning and Research Facilitator. This role is pro rata of £25,582 to £25,683 per annum (i.e. £22,236.66 - £22,324.45) for 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the friendly Library and Learning Resource Centre team at our Northbrook, West Durrington campuses. The College’s Learning Resource Centres provide resources for guided, student-centred learning. Designed to facilitate flexible course delivery, they provide extensive Library and ICT facilities, housing dedicated resources and materials for specialist subjects and functional skills. The Centres offer learning materials in print, electronic and multimedia formats, providing an environment for individual work, group work, research, the practice of skills, the provision of evidence and assessment. They embrace all aspects of Information Literacy and Learning Technology.
As a Learning and Research Facilitator, you will have previous experience of working in a creative learning resource centre, using creative software, online learning resources and tools. Proven customer service skills and the ability to support learning are also essential.
