We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting and fastest-growing food retailers to find a Supply Chain Manager for what the hiring manager has described as “one of the best opportunities in retail right now.” Our client is a vertically integrated food business, valued at close to £500m, and is widely recognised as the fastest-growing brand in its category. With ambitious growth plans and a genuine appetite for transformation, this is a high-impact role with clear progression to Head of Supply Chain within 3–4 years.

The Opportunity

This role will sit at the heart of the business, helping to modernise and scale the supply chain function to support rapid growth. You’ll take ownership of key supply chain operations while leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and develop a supply chain team
