This is an agile role working out of different police locations across the county.
Work as a member of the team to deliver first line business support for Police, Fire & OPFCC and external contractors through a variety of Force Systems
- To ensure the effective running of operational support in dedicated buildings
- To process all requests received by the Commercial and Property department, and triage to allocated members of the wider team/self to support resolution and achieve a quality of service to Fire and Police functions.
- To maintain accurate records on all service requests, including purchases of goods and services, and wider activities relating to the delivery of the Property and Commercial Function.
- To provide advice and assistance including dealing with telephone or face-to-face enquiries from internal and external end users on a wide range of topics
A full driving licence is required
