A great opportunity for an HR Adviser to work in our friendly and supportive team to support our business leaders and line managers with the delivery of quality HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, whilst building strong working relationships. This will include provision of high quality advice and support on all HR policy and procedural matters, supporting change programmes including TUPE, and advising on employee relations casework.

This role will provide the HR Provision for our colleagues in Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR Adviser who is looking for a fresh opportunity and challenge.

Will suit someone who is qualified at least at associate level CIPD or working towards your CIPD qualifications or with relevant experience within an HR department.
