What We're Looking For:

  • Chartered CIPD membership (or working towards it) or equivalent senior resourcing experience.
  • Proven track record in strategic resourcing and workforce planning.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in budget management and business continuity.

Desirable: Public service resourcing experience and knowledge of Police Regulations.
