Supporting day-to-day service operations by managing administrative processes.

Responding to enquiries from learners, staff, and external partners with timely and accurate information and advice.

Using data systems (particularly TERMs) to input and maintain accurate learner records and generate both routine and complex reports.

Monitoring data quality and working with MIS and Exams teams to ensure information is current and accurate.

Helping identify and implement improvements to service processes, contributing to ongoing development initiatives.

Supporting colleagues through informal guidance, sharing best practice, and providing cover during periods of absence.

Building positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to support collaborative and effective service delivery.
