This role would be ideal for someone looking to take their first step into a rewarding career within the sport, physical activity, health or community sector. We are looking for someone with empathy and understanding of older people, a passion for helping others, and an interest in the benefits of physical activity in later life.

About the Role

As Assistant Programme Lead, you will support the coordination and delivery of strength and balance classes, assist participants throughout their journey, manage referrals and programme administration, collect monitoring and evaluation data, and help showcase the impact of the programme through stories and reports. We welcome self-motivated individuals with a curious and learning mindset who are keen to develop their skills, knowledge and experience within the physical activity sector. Full training and support will be provided.
