# Landlord Liaison OfficerYour differences make us different – #achievetogether## About the roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen within North Northamptonshire Council’s Housing Solutions Service for a Landlord Liaison Officer. This vital role will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with private landlords, letting agents, and other housing providers to improve access to the private rented sector and help prevent and relieve homelessness.You will work closely with the Senior Landlord Liaison Officer and wider housing teams to secure affordable, sustainable housing solutions for those in housing need. By supporting both landlords and tenants, you will help create successful tenancies and reduce the use and cost of temporary accommodation.This is a dynamic and varied role where you will provide expert advice on tenancy sustainment, landlord responsibilities, and housing legislation.
