You’re a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a confident and professional telephone manner. You provide great customer service and build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients alike. You thrive both independently and as part of a team, managing your workload effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
