North Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Reablement Support Worker (Part Time, AM shift) to help vulnerable adults regain independence in their own homes across North Northamptonshire. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. The role offers guaranteed contracted hours with a 7:00–15:00 AM shift and alternating weekends, based at Haylock House, Kettering.

You will be supporting personal care, medication and nutrition, reviewing progress, and maintaining case records.
