EADS (Employment and Disability Service) is seeking a motivated Employment Development Officer to join our supported employment service. This is a varied, field‐based role delivering personalised support in line with the five stages of supported employment to individuals with complex barriers to work. The post holder will work flexibly across Northamptonshire, travelling between employer sites and co‐location settings as required. Strong organisational skills, adaptability and a positive, solution‐focused approach are essential, along with a good understanding of supported employment and its impact. Building and maintaining effective relationships with employers is a key part of the role, and regular employer engagement, networking and attendance at events will be expected.
