# Employment Development OfficerYour differences make us different – #achievetogether## About the role**EADS (Employment and Disability Service)** is seeking a motivated **Employment Development Officer** to join our supported employment service. This is a varied, field‐based role delivering personalised support in line with the five stages of supported employment to individuals with complex barriers to work. The post holder will work flexibly across Northamptonshire, travelling between employer sites and co‐location settings as required. Strong organisational skills, adaptability and a positive, solution‐focused approach are essential, along with a good understanding of supported employment and its impact.
