We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and organised individual to join our team and support the delivery of our growing ICAN Get Up & Go Strength & Balance Programme, a falls prevention programme that helps older adults across Northamptonshire improve their strength, balance, confidence and independence, reducing their risk of falls and enabling them to remain active and independent for longer.
This role would be ideal for someone looking to take their first step into a rewarding career within the sport, physical activity, health or community sector. We are looking for someone with empathy and understanding of older people, a passion for helping others, and an interest in the benefits of physical activity in later life.
About the Role
As Assistant Programme Lead, you will support the coordination and delivery of strength and balance classes, assist participants throughout their journey, manage referrals and programme administration, collect monitoring and evaluation data, and help showcase the impact of the programme through stories and reports.
