We are seeking an ambitious healthcare professional to join Northampton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 7 Quality Assurance and Improvement Partner, to support our ongoing quality initiatives. The post involves ensuring clinical quality is embedded within service delivery, leading processes to monitor and evaluate quality indicators, targets, innovations, and initiatives in line with local and national standards. The role also includes managing the EQIA process and supporting quality improvement projects using proven methodologies.
Main duties of the job:
- Reporting to the Quality Assurance and Compliance Lead, you will be an inspirational leader with experience in implementing quality initiatives.
- You will work with a motivated team and collaborate with colleagues within and outside the Trust, requiring strong communication, facilitation, and management skills, and experience in multi-agency working.
- The role is based at St Maryβs Hospital, Kettering, with travel expected across Northamptonshire.

Person specification:
- Qualifications: Trained healthcare professional qualification, Postgraduate degree or equivalent knowledge.
- Experience: Experience and knowledge of quality improvement methodology, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Proven experience in managing and delivering projects.
