About the Role
- As Practice and Performance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Leading and managing the administration team.
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations.
- Monitoring service performance and producing insightful reports.
- Supporting service delivery through data analysis and process improvement.

Knowledge & Experience
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
- SystmOne knowledge and experience (essential).
- Experience of leading a team in a busy office / administrative function.
- Leading, motivating and inspiring the team on a daily basis.
- Experience of training / presenting to others (desirable).
- Experience of coaching / mentoring others (desirable).
Skills
Effectively with IT and any relevant external parties on infrastructure, reporting and data-related issues when required.
