The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The post entails the successful candidate to support the Ward Matron and Service Managerin all aspects of ward based delivery, including staff recruitment and on-going wellbeing, the undertaking of clinical audits and quality assurance.

In addition, you will be a key staff member of the ward by ensuring high quality nursing care is at the core of the Wards ethos and addressing issues as they arise when this quality is challenged.

You willtake partin the Clinical Team Leader Rota, whereby you will be expected to support all areas included in this remit and be able to think outside the box in order to address any issues that arise.
