Northamptonshire Children\’s Trust Localities Business Support Team is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join the busy Duty and Assessment Safeguarding business support team, offering support to Social Worker teams. Working within a team of 6, supporting a wider team of 60 this is a role where you can really make a difference to the lives of families and young people. The role is office based however after a successful training period we would consider some hybrid working. Hours are Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:30 and Friday 09:00-17:00

You are someone that enjoys networking with multi agency professionals. You are positive, dynamic, solution-focused, with experience in business support or administration. About you You enjoy working with daily deadlines and have experience of working in a fast paced, sensitive and confidential environment. You are confident user of Word, Excel, Outlook and other IT applications Experience in minute taking and touch typing is desirable, as this will be a key task for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Source a baby seat and organise food vouchers as part of case support.
  • Consult with Police, Health, Youth Offending and Crime Reduction agencies to convene meetings on a regular basis.
  • Support with a wide range of situations that occur in a young person\’s life from age 0-27 years.
  • Provide a comprehensive, confidential range of effective administrative support.
  • Minute professional discussions to ensure an accurate record always exists.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business support or administration; confident user of Word, Excel, Outlook and other IT applications.
  • Experience in minute taking and touch typing is desirable.
  • Ability to work to daily deadlines in a fast paced, sensitive and confidential environment.
