We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to support our wider finance team with day-to-day financial processes and administration. From invoices and payments to month-end prep, you’ll help ensure our finances are accurate, efficient and well-organised in a creative, fast-paced environment. About the RoleJob Purpose: Provide hands-on assistance to the Finance Manager and support to the Finance Team to ensure a quality service is being provided to internal and external stakeholders. Support the day-to-day workings of the Finance Team enabling improved business performance through accurate recording of financial information. Key Task Areas: Undertake administrative duties associated with the processing of purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes. Preparing BACS runs for payment. Cash handling and banking imports for NTT (Sales and Customer Experience) Control and perform petty cash administration Assisting Finance Team with general administration. Providing holiday and sickness cover within the Finance Team as directed by the Finance Manager. Films – Comps will be made available to colleagues for films at Northampton Film house where availability allows. A weekly email will be sent out to all colleagues providing a list of eligible film screenings. The £1.00 booking fee will apply.
