Greenbelt Festival - Events Volunteer

Christian Aid exists to create a world where everyone can live a full life, free from poverty.

Represent them over August Bank holiday weekend, by gathering content for socials, helping to get set up and engaging Festivalgoers in the latest campaign.

In the beautiful grounds of Boughton House, Northamptonshire, the festival is a space where artistry and activism, spirituality and politics, faith and justice are held together.

If you’ve got a tent, fancy a free ticket to Greenbelt and are motivated to engage others in the work of Christian Aid – this role is for you!

• Accessibility: Greenbelt has a full page of information for those attending that may have a disability.
• Age restrictions: This opportunity is for 16+ age volunteers.
• Equal Opportunities Policy: Reflected in the volunteering code of conduct and policy.
• Expenses reimbursed: £55 towards travel, meal vouchers and free ticket.
• Health and Safety Policy: With full risk assessment of festival activity.
• Ongoing support: Named contact and staff on site throughout the festival.
• Training provided: Online briefing and induction and guidance/resources at the event.
• Volunteer induction: Online briefing and induction and guidance/resources at the event.
• Volunteers covered by insurance: Covered by Christian Aid liability insurance.

When do I need to be available?

Preferably be available for the whole festival weekend – August 21st – 24th August 2025. Also would need to be available for an online induction session.
